About The Reiki Room
The Reiki Room offers gentle forms of natural healing which work to balance and support the whole individual. The primary aim is to restore balance to your mind, body and spirit. It is an extremely relaxing and soothing experience which helps to eliminate stress, promote relaxation and help the body’s own natural healing using Reiki, Reflexology, Essential Oils, Crystals and a beautiful blend of Holistic Therapies will leave you feeling relaxed, balanced and energised. The Reiki Room welcomes women ONLY through the many stages and seasons of life. Please note I am very happy to welcome children and teens both male and female. If you are looking to book an appointment at The Reiki Room for an adult male please reach out to me first as I only accept appointments for men who are known to me or my existing clients. I can welcome both women and men at Rocks 'N Reiki in Fleet.

My name is Wendy Wood
I have worked in the wellness world for many years as a Midwife, Doula and Hypnobirthing Teacher. My journey to discovering the many benefits of Reiki for supporting our wellbeing has been a gradual one that started with discovering the benefits for myself and my family. I now love to share its healing benefits with other's and love to hear about the difference it has made. My aim is to help you to support your wellbeing through the power of Reiki, Reflexology, Crystals and Essential Oils.

Reflexology
A gentle yet powerful holistic therapy, reflexology works on specific points in the feet to support the body’s natural ability to relax, rebalance, and restore wellbeing. This deeply calming treatment can ease stress and anxiety, improve sleep, boost circulation, support digestion and hormones, and promote emotional balance. Suitable for all ages, reflexology is a nurturing, non-invasive way to care for both body and mind.
Aromatouch Massage
AromaTouch combines the unique benefits of human touch with the power of essential oils. The experience is about emotionally connecting with another person to form feelings of trust and create an overall wellness experience.
This technique uses eight essential oils, sorted into four categories: relaxing, supportive, soothing and invigorating.
The oils will be layered onto your back and feet through a gorgeous light massage application for the ultimate relaxing, healing and uplifting experience.

Indian Head Massage
Based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system and focused on the upper Chakras, this deeply relaxing massage targets areas prone to stress — neck, shoulders, head, and face — where tension can affect major muscle groups.
