Step into a gentle, supportive space created for women who are feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin or disconnected from themselves. The Calm & Connect Circle is your invitation to pause, breathe and reconnect — without needing to fix, achieve or hold it all together.
This Reiki-infused women’s circle blends connection, ritual and energy healing to support calm, grounding and emotional balance. Over 2 nourishing hours, you’ll be guided through simple, accessible practices to help you soften stress, settle your nervous system and invite more ease into everyday life.
Together we’ll weave gentle conversation, hands-on activities and healing practices that encourage presence, self-connection and deep rest — all held in a calm, confidential and welcoming space.
