Why work with me?

Hi, I’m Wendy — a Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Aromatherapist, Reflexologist, and Holistic Therapist based in Farnborough, Hampshire. I’m passionate about helping women feel calmer, more focused, and supported in their lives and businesses.

I’m also co-owner of The Little Birth Company, an award-winning global hypnobirthing teacher training school, and I’ve been running my own businesses for over 16 years. Two years ago, I set up The Reiki Room, which has grown into a beautiful, heart-led business with a stream of new and returning clients. The Reiki Room allows me to work in a way that’s aligned with my life and family, while providing meaningful, supportive treatments to women through all stages of their wellbeing journey.

Alongside my love of sharing holistic therapies, I’ve really enjoyed tending to the practical side of running my businesses — building and maintaining websites, growing a social media presence that converts into lovely new clients, local word-of-mouth marketing, creating booking systems and forms, developing branding, and so much more.

I’ve also spent a number of years coaching women in business, and I’m delighted to be offering this again — helping heart-led women create businesses that are both aligned and sustainable, blending strategy, practical support, and mindset guidance to bring their ideas to life.
