  • Parent or guardian present throughout

  • Tailored to the child’s needs, making it gentle, nurturing, and fun

Teenagers (13–17 years)

  • Session length: 60 minutes

  • Parents welcome at start and end, giving teens choice of privacy

  • Focused on relaxation, emotional support, and resilience

Pricing:

  • Children: £35 per session

  • Teenagers: £45 per session

  • Packages available for ongoing support


🌿 Aftercare Advice

For Parents & Children:

  • Encourage rest & quiet time

  • Drink plenty of water to support energy flow

  • Gently check in on feelings — some children/teens may feel calm, reflective, or emotional

  • Offer a light, healthy meal or snack

  • Include gentle movement like stretching or walking

  • Encourage mindfulness, breathing, or quiet reflection at home

  • Notice changes in mood, focus, and confidence over 24–48 hours

For Teens:

  • Take time to chill out in a comfortable space

  • Drink water and eat lightly

  • Reflect on emotions and energy shifts

  • Try gentle movement or quiet activities

  • Maintain calm with mindfulness or breathing exercises

  • Sessions are always safe and gentle

  • Written parental consent required for under 16s

  • Parents are present for younger children; teens can choose their level of privacy

  • Reiki is a complementary therapy, not a substitute for medical care
