If anyone attending has sensory needs or may find busy environments, certain sounds or activities overwhelming, please let me know when enquiring. We can discuss ways to make the experience more comfortable and inclusive, such as choosing quieter activities, keeping the session flexible/structured or allowing time for breaks.

Where can we celebrate?

Parties and celebrations can be arranged at Rocks N Reiki in Fleet, or at another agreed venue.

Venue options, availability and any additional hire costs will be discussed when planning your celebration.

“I just wanted to give Wendy a huge shout-out for the alternative pamper party she hosted for my daughter’s 16th birthday. It was honestly the most beautiful, thoughtful and inclusive experience. From receiving a detailed description and plan of the evening in advance, to the personalised name cards, printouts, recipe cards and instructions on the day, every little detail had been thought of.

Wendy created such a lovely space for my daughter and her six neurodivergent friends to relax, get creative and make special memories together. It was so meaningful to see them all enjoying themselves.

Each girl made an aromatherapy rollerball using their own chosen blend, with recipes provided, as well as a lip glow, layered bath salts and a dream jar filled with positive messages and reminders to be kind to themselves. The whole evening had the perfect balance of structure and freedom — something that can be so difficult to get right. Wendy made everyone feel comfortable, included and able to enjoy the experience in their own way.It was truly special, and I can’t thank Wendy enough for creating such a memorable celebration for my daughter and her friends.”

Bespoke Party Pricing.

Every party is created especially for you, so the cost depends on the length of your event, the number of guests, the activities you choose and whether venue hire is required.

For parties that include making 2–3 items, prices typically range from £35–£45 per person. I’ll provide a personalised quote once we’ve discussed your ideas and created a party that’s just right for your group.

A lovely example is our 2½-hour Sweet Sixteen Self-Care Party for a group of 8 girls.

£35 per person
Minimum booking of 8 guests
Total: £280, plus venue hire if required

Venue Hire

If you’d like to host your party at Rocks ‘N Reiki in Fleet, venue hire is £70, payable separately.

You’re also welcome to discuss hosting your party at The Reiki Room in Farnborough or another agreed venue. Venue hire costs may vary depending on your chosen location.
