The Nurture Pregnancy Circle is a beautiful 4-week in-person programme designed to help you slow down, connect with your baby, build confidence in yourself and prepare for both birth and motherhood in a calm, supportive environment.

Join a small circle of expectant mothers and enjoy dedicated time each week to relax, reflect, learn practical wellbeing tools and connect with others on a similar journey.

Led by Wendy Wood, Midwife, Doula, Hypnobirthing Teacher & Trainer, Co-owner of the award-winning The Little Birth Company, Reiki Master Teacher, Aromatherapist and Reflexologist, this unique programme blends evidence-based birth knowledge with holistic wellbeing practices to support you throughout pregnancy.
