Regular Reiki sessions can be super helpful for your mind and for your body. If you have been having trouble sleeping, then keep reading to see how Reiki could help!


1. Promotes Relaxation

Reiki works at calming the mind and slowing down or pausing all of the thoughts that are constantly racing in our mind, particularly when we are trying to get to sleep. As your mind falls into a complete state of relaxation, so will your body. This can reduce overall stress levels which could be interfering with your sleeping pattern.


2. Reduces Pain & Discomfort

Pain or discomfort can affect us in many different ways, including; mood swings, the ability to move around, and of course, how well you sleep. Reiki can help you alleviate any physical ailments you may be feeling and allow you to drift off into a much more restful state.
